A few problems for me (Da veniam):
1. Delrio? Delvio? Does anyone know this author?
2. See CHORDA. Is that 'id'?
3. I think that the dot on the page under CHOREAS DUCERE is only a problem with the book, but I thought I'd note it for now.

Good questions! For Chorda, Comenius uses the abbreviation id. (idem) regularly - so here it just means again in Cicero.
For Indulgere Choreas, I think you are right that this is just spotting of some kind in the book itself.
As for the source on Chrysopoeja, that is REALLY interesting. The list of sources in the introductory pages does not include anyone like that - from the meaning of the word, I am guessing it is an alchemical writer, and I do not know the alchemical literature at all. Maybe somebody else will be able to help us out here! Could it be Martin Del Rio???
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Delrio - that would be my guess! The historical period is right at least. :-)
